Not to be funny, but maybe theres a magickal power in two little words; fuk it. For months ive been struggling with things, doubt and worries etc. the minute I started expecting and said f it, im no longer against the universe but more flowing with it. Truly flowing with it, accepting what simply us, good and bad. Oppurtunities have opened up. I was reading another thread titled 'to know thyself' and started thinking. Who am I? Why am I like this or that? How cani make myself better? Why am I good at times and others flat rotten. Then out of the blue it came to me of who I am. simply, I am. For me, truly coming to this realization only came about by uttering two little words... Fuck it

The power of those words has long been recognized :-D A number of Taoist and Buddhist bits of wisdom could be translated that way- striving is not always good. I call it building a sandcastle the hard way: grain by grain with a pair of tweezers. This is possible, but in light of the bucket method, incredibly stupid. It is a mistake to assume that effort expended equates to progress- it doesn't have to hurt, either.
This is a postcard sent from the dining room of the HMS Russel's Teapot. Wish you were here- the band is spot on tonight, and we're having "all the way down" turtle soup!

The word fuck derives from a Germanic word meaning to drive or to pound, and is thereby a word of strength and power, it brings to my mind the idea of the hammer of Thor. Since the conception of the English language, the phrase "fuck it" has been the symbol of a cathartic release for millions of people.

The phrase symbolizes that moment where frustration, acceptance and apathy exceed the significance of the task. Therefore, it can conceivably be used to induce that state of mind, the realization that a problem which previously seemed all important and insurmountable just plain doesn't matter. It turns your mountains into mole hills. This is very much a tao-like state, the calm acceptance of the "how things are", and the ability to go with the flow.

May you find what you seek,
Alice

While I am a huge believer in the power of words, I'd say that it this case it is the power of a mindset that is having such a profound effect. You may want to study the idea of thought forms a bit, in particular the idea of releasing thought forms, as that's kind of what this sounds like is a thought form building up which you finally released with those two magickal words that has now gone out and worked its magick.

'Fuck it' is the anti-mantra, the end of vibration.
I am not a continuous being and my words cannot be used as evidence against me.
