Alright I think it's about time I got this launched. Here is the basic idea behind this thread:

We all know that in esoterica, there are many different systems of beliefs, and those systems in turn affect the practices related to it, and those practices therefore bring about different results, or rather different variations of the same result.

If we were to take the etheric body for instance (what this thread will be dedicated to), the way the pathways and concentrating energy points are laid out vary greatly from one system to another, be it Yogic, Daoist, Golden Dawn, etc... I believe that they're all right, because the energy pathways can be created more or less during the paractice, although there must be some general tendency that already exists within the etheric body.

Therefore why don't we give our experiences on how we relate to these various systems and what they enable us to accomplish? I believe that if we do that, a certain pattern will emerge, that will enable us to map out a different and perhaps much more accurate view of the etheric body, what can be accomplished with it, and how it relates to the other vehicles of man. From there we can derive the best knowledge of HOW to empower the etheric body, therefore we'll essentially be mapping out a new energy system that will take in all the advantages of the existing ones. I believe it can be done.

Whatever visualisations, chakra associations and correspondences you use while working with you etheric body are welcome, as well as the effects and impressions immediately after working with it, and the long-term effects that you think have resulted in working with your etheric body in that particular way.

But I don't think it should end there. I think that what we should be doing is checking this thread regularly to try and integrate what other people have posted, and trying to work with it to see if it somehow enhances whatever system we're already using. I believe we could learn a lot that way.

I hop this thread will be the first in a long series. I plan on creating similar threads for magical systems and beliefs, astral experiences, and a whole lot more.

I need some time to map out the way I use my etheric body so I'll post it later, as I've preety much been trying different systems in a rather random manner, so categorizing might be a bit difficult at this point. Plus my fingers hurt. :)

I take the Chaote approach to working with energy and energy bodies. The unmanifest known as Chaos or other names, but something implying it's beyond understanding and limits of words, first manifests in wild possibilities of half formed matter. This is the etheric plane. The possibilities which have a long lifespan and match enough with the other possibilities become manifest worlds or universes, with manifest lifeforms inhabiting them. This is the material plane.

So delving into the etheric is like working with greater or lesser infinite possibilites which some are capable of becoming manifest probabilities. It's the cause and effect world verses the world of raw possibilities and illogic or half logic.

Sorry I still haven't posted my own model. I will, I promise. I just want to make sure I post it the "right way".

Anyways, Chaostech, so following that analogy, we would then conclude that the physical body is the collapsing of a particular set of possibilities into actual manifestation? And the etheric is a set of possibilities waiting to be collapsed into manifestation? Now that's VERY interesting, because it would explain a lot. It would mean, for instance, that there are no specific chakras, meridians, dan tiens, nadis and so forth. All these are simply created when we visualize them. Abd therefore if we can create the realities of these etheric channels, then we should also be able to attribute functions to them, and dictate how they should relate to the physical body. Or am I getting this whole concept wrong?

Okay, it's time I posted my meditation exercises. Please keep in mind that I'm still trying to figure out which ones are woth keeping and which aren't, so not all that will be found here will necessarily be beneficial. Also, for the sake of clarity, I divided them into different parts, but when I use them, there is no such distinction in my mind. Here goes:

Kundalini Yoga:

* Yogi Complete breath is used for all energy practices.
* Kundalini energy is sent up the spine without any locks being applied. Results: the feeling of a sort of raw, expansive energy. Heat also is noticed after a while. Weak colors noticed behind closed eyes
* Root lock applied to the kundalini energy (contracting the muscle between the anus and the perineum): Vivid sensations throughout the body, feelings of bliss and energy. Vivid colors behind closed eyes, colors also assume different shapes after a while. When done without inhaling air, huge magnetism is achieved and people get attracted. the body indeed "feels magnetic".
* Chin lock added to the previous two: Colors and feelings of bliss in the head area, intensified as time goes (more powerful version of the results obtained with only the root lock). Never done it long enough to see where it might lead as the chin lock is quite difficult for me.
* Making the energy assume certain geometric shapes when it reaches the brain, thereby stimulating many areas at once. All shapes are 3 dimensional. The shapes used are:
* The triangle, with the center of the brain as center of the base of the triangle, the top point stimulates the crown chakra: all of the above results observed are heightened
* The cross, with the intersecting point as the center of the brain: Same results as the triangle, in a slightly weaker version, except when the arms of the cross reach the ears and draw in energy from there.
* The star tetrahedron: Possibly the most potent of my three visualisations because the energy is spinning in the pattern of the tetrahedron, thereby stimulating practically all areas of the brain in rapid succession.
* Pineal breathing: A shortcut to getting the results mentionned above without guiding the energy through the spine. Simply breathe in through the third eye and crown chakras at the same time, linking the breath with focused awareness of those areas. Only drawback to this technique: reproductive energy is not sent up there, so a component might be missing if we admit that these different energies play a specific role in whatever is happening in the brain. But it might be a good way of harmonising the energies working up there once you feel that enough reproductive energy has been sent up there.

Daoist techniques:

I principally use only one daoist technique: the microcosmic orbit. Energy is born in the navel and is dips down towards the base chakra before ascending through the spine to the brain and then brought back through the front to perform the same journey again. This seems to lead to feelings of inner harmony and peace. It probably sort of balances energies in the body.
A variation I use is that instead of bringing the energy back down, I simply start a new journey from the navel, as if I was doing kundalini Yoga. In fact, my Yogic practices now use this way of raising kundalini energy. It seems much more effective than simply picturing the energy arising from the bottom of the spine.

Ninjutsu techniques:

These techniques were taken from "Path Notes of an American Ninja Master" and "Secrets of the Ninja". Ninjutsu seems to have an extensive meditation tradition, but the hand seal are sometimes so complex that I decided not to use any of them. I don't feel I'm at the stage where I need hand mudras just yet. So I only took 2 practices in total from Ninjutsu arts:

* The Secret Smile: When moving energy around, your body, with the tongue firmly pressed against the roof of the mouth, put a slight smile on the lips. The smile shouldn't be exxagerated or imperceptible. Just the "right one". You'll find it. Saliva will be generated. Swallow it. It's apparenlty great for health. Results: Feelings of Joy, happiness, inner peace, harmony, and bliss (when it reaches the crown of the head). The lights seen behind closed eyes become much more vivid and pure. This practice seems to impregnate whatever energy you're moving around with the feelings that are usually associated with a smile. This practice is of tremendous value if one wants to constantly feel surrounded by good vibrations. In fact I believe that it should accompany whatever energy practice one usually does. It takes nothing and the results are far too conclusive to be ignored. The author also gives different visualisations to go along with it, but I don't use any of them. He also has a version where the energy generated is moved around in the body but I don't use it either.
* Beating the Heavenly Drum: interlock the fingers and place them at the back of the neck so that the palms cover the ears. You'll hear a pulsing sound, similar to those heard when using isochronic tones. Then gently tap the back of your head with your fingers while keeping the palms over the ears. I haven't noticed any effects so far from using this, but I think it might have to do with brainwaves. Not sure though. The book states that "This stimulates the brain, prevents deafness, and helps one achieve longevity." Maybe the effects are to subtle to be directly noticed, Therefore, I'll just keep doing it, with the belief that it does what they say it does.
The other exercises are mainly hand mudras, so I don't use them at all, except in very rare case when I want to try something specific.

Consciousness focus:

I developped this technique while researching the difference between Chi energy and Kundalini energy. Some authors say that they are different energies and that one can't be converted into another. Some say that kundalini energy is simply chi energy, but in a form where your consciousness of it is focused in the spine. So I took a chart of the human body, and indeed, nerves extend outwards from the spine towards the whole body, carrying sense impressions, or whatever. So I decided to picture these nerves (or the etheric counterparts) as being the ones carrying chi and then redirecting that flow towards the spine. And guess what? I get almost the same feeling as when using kundalini energy.
So the visualisation consists preety much in imagining chi flowing from both sides and gathering in the spine in the way of a vortex. I still haven't found a way of combining this with my previous exercises so I very rarely use it. I just devised it as a way of finding out what was the true nature of kundalini energy.

So that's it! I mix all of the above exercises according to my temperament of the day, but the objective is to find a coherent sysnthesis of all this (and other techniques) that will be used consistently and that leaves out all practices of little or no value. Therefore if there's anything that people feel should be mentioned regarding these etheric body practices, please do post it!! If you decide to try out any of the above techniques, or if you already use them, of course, please post your impressions, suggestions, etc... Basically, let's build the Ultimate System together !

Edit: Forgot to mention the Kechari mudra. I've started using it lately and the results are far stranger than usual. It's the best tongue position there is for sending energy to the brain.

When the tongue is folded back and into the cavity toward the skull touching the tip of the tongue to the uvula and eyes fix on the spot between the eyebrows, this is known as khechari mudra.

Now, what means khechari mudra? Word khecari comes from the Sanskrit roots khe, “ether” or “space” and charya, “one who moves.” This “moving in the ether” has a double meaning, as the scripture quotes: the first refers to the fact that the tongue move in the hollow space inside the cavity of the pharynx, and the second refers to the fact that mind remains in a state of complete stillness and inner peace. Khecari mudra is also associated with amrita, the nectar of life can elect which is secreted by the bindu, a point on the posterior fontanel, which is consumed by the throat chakra vishudha. In khechari mudra, you don’t need to cut the lower tendon of your tongue.

1 – There is no need to cut the “brake” of the tongue to perform this technique.
With the right practice and the continuing goal will be achieved without any risk;
2 – Sit in a meditative pose;
3 – Relax your body, close your eyes, directing them to the middle of the eyebrows. Leave your mouth slightly open and slowly lift your tongue back toward the hard palate and then to the empty area of the pharynx. Stay that way for as long as you can without discomfort;
4 – Breathe in slowly through your nose, resting in the sequence.
II.
Here is a different version which not only looks complicated but seems it might just asphixiate
http://www.aypsite.o...ari_image1.html
http://www.aypsite.o...ari_image1.html
Maybe this version needs to come with a warning "Don't try this at home kiddies"
III.
I was taught another tongue mudra which facilitates visions & trance
I gently hyper extend the neck to a relaxed but more open asana and then place the tongue at the centre of the roof of the mouth and draw energy up the throat as you exhale to the third eye and push the energy into the chamber of the 3rd Eye and out of it .
IV.
A variation; instead of placing the tip of the tongue at the centre of the roof of the mouth rest it on the bridge behind and above the teeth at the roof of the mouth.

Other energy exercise methods are here;

I think this is a good idea!

I tried your variations to the kechari mudra. The one that seems to give the best results so far is the second one. the third one seems to help in empowering the frontal area of the brain and it looks like it helps for clairvoyance. not sure though. I still need to try out a few things. And I see u turned this thread into a blog post. Good idea! Let's get people interested. I believe that mapping out exactly which energy practices lead to what results is fundamental in determining what would come as close as possible to a perfect empowering system for the subtle bodies.

Now another aspect that I want to talk of is sound. I rarely chant when meditating, and I believe it might account for the fact that I can't yet perfectly see auras. But one thing is for sure. The mantras are NOT only for self-hypnotic purposes like some authors claim. Although I'll admit that the fixation of the mind on the repetitive process of chanting only one word over and over again might lead to self-induced trances, I believe that the most important aspect is the vibration released with the word. I'll open another thread specifically for this, and I'll post the link here later on, but for now let's touch one or two aspects of the subject.

I noticed that different sounds bring up different vibrations, which necessarily bring up different feelings. Now when I use the term "feeling", I'm not referring to emotions, although there is a thin cord linking both phenomenons. The feeling I'm referring to is the resonance brought up by the vibration of the word. When we know that different words will bring up different vibratory frequencies, then we might as well explore them, and see what the possibilities are.

The "Aum" or "Om" mantra is meant to be the sound of creation. When I vibrate it, I feel a profound harmony taking over my whole body, a feeling of being connected, not to something outside of me, but of being connected to myself. I believe the "Aum" version is the best because if you were to pay attention to the shapes that your mouth assumes when vibrating it, you'll see that it starts by an expansion (A), contracts itself (U), and then finally folds upon itself (M). Thus when you vibrate Aum, you are going through the major vibratory levels that can be produced with our vocal cords, and it does indeed seem to mirror the creative process, if one pays close attention to the motion of the mouth. But this is an aspect I'll develop when I'll open another thread dedicated to the Verbum.

I'm really beginning to accept the idea that God created through speech, the way it's mentioned in the Sepher yetzirah, because sound seems to be the only sort of vibration that can exist independently of any other. It's also the only one that we can produce at will and in so many different "shades", so to speak. Not only that, but if we study the subject of the Tattwas (the ethers of the indian philosophy), they tell us quite clearly that although people say that the Akasa tattwa is the one responsible for the propagation of light, well, it simply isn't the case. The propagation of light belongs to the Taija Tattwa (lumineferous ether). They DO admit that the Akasa Tattwa was the first that came into existence, and that therefore the other four tattwas (similar to the four elements) spring from it, but how do they call this Akasa that has been dubbed Quintessence? Well, lo and behold, they say that the Akasa Tattwa is the SONORIFEROUS ether!! So before any type of existence was possible, before even light, the first type of existence was in the form of sound. If we follow their lead, then there was no other way for God to create from this Akasa than through sound, and it's these different sonoriferous vibrations that brought about the other tattwas that could in turn give rise to new types of vibrations."In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God." Sound seems to be a very special feature of the world.

So if we admit that sounds have a special quality, then it would be good to vibrate as many sounds as possible within our bodies and note the effects. Maybe certain vibrations coupled with certain visualisations can achieve certain things?! well, Franz Bardon seemed to think that it was the case, and his book "key to the true Qabbalah" teaches how to harness these vibrations and speak in a "quadripolar" way (speaking with the spirit, soul, intellect and the gross material body, all at the same time). He claims that this leads to the developpement of the what might be called "the magical voice", or the "Verbum" (power of the word), whereby speech can be used to cause manifestation of phenomena. I cannot attest to wether this is true or not, as I have not yet taken his exercises seriously enough, but I invite everyone to try this out.

There is a religion called Eckankar (Religion of light and sound). They have a special word that they chant, and they claim that it's "a song to God". I don't know what the specifics of Eckankar are, but I can say that they place this particular mantra on a piedestal, and you'll understand why. Breathe in as deep as you can, then vibrate the word HUUUUUUUUuuuuuuu....... You have to feel it originating from your chest and then allowing it to spread in whatever direction feels natural. I have a variation where I vibrate BHUUUUUR, but the effects aren't all that different. The effects in question can be summed up in one word: floating. Now I'm not saying that you'll physically float, but it would feel as if you were. Make no mistake, this is the vibration for bliss and inner harmony. If done long enough, you'll really feel like you're about to levitate, but I don't believe it will happen unless coupled with the right visualisations and a concentration ability sharper than a razor blade, but I believe it CAN aid for levitation.

Anyway's that's all for now. I'll soon open a thread on the Verbum with more details and theories. But in order for it to be complete I'll also have to speak of the Tattwas. I definitely think it needs to be researched in depth, for the mightiest powers of creation seem to be concealed in sound.

I like this idea I havent given it much thought until of late my path seems too pull from many different systems but belongs too none I will share some of this with you.
The path I have walked humm I guess I'll start in the past I was born abile too see raise and control energys and mentaly dominate all living things minds from birth for short periods of weirdness id soon for get until my teens when I became aware of them so not knowing anything I sought too seek too understand more I learned meditation from a book called secrets of the ninja by I believe By ashida kim then I sought out every magic book I could get my hands on and set off every trap in them until in my mid teens I got a copy of abramelin the mage which thanks too Crowleys brillent concept of useing ones mind as there ritual space and tools through consintraition , will power and imagination. Next came the time of seeking more energy too power my ideas I took the path of joining with powerful enities I sought out and evolving along those paths increasing awarness I was looking for paths too heal and extend ones vessels life span and evolve it one guy I came across and I learned from called him self a white master I learned two truths from a few years of knowing him the first was Think small the second was know thy self pretty simple huh depending on how far you carry that ball and run with it.At this time I became interested in enochian magik I can say Ive develope tested and have my own system know well over ten years later and five years of human testing it works well even for the untrained anyhow where I am I now humm Well my greatest evolving has come in the last 7 years ago too the present In my travels I came acrosss a being who started out like my self and well ran in different directions then me and way further at the time I always hungry for more lifeforce too feed all the energys and thought forms and other things within and around me after haveing many weird adventures and many set backs one day he opened a gate a enitity came through and dwells here now along story i no longer hunger like i did I had thoughtforms tapping citys a day until then how this happened though almost killed me and is labled my second mediphysical accident anyhow I learned a meditation from my friend that he developed from the huna think I spelled that right any how there practis a form of instent healing primarly by force of will realling the electrons and useing the persons memory of how the damaged area looked before it was damaged and boom like it never happened well ive taken that futher and incorperated enochian magik into what is called the electron meditation wich has been field tested it works and only limitation is the persons consious control of there vessel and it give you unlimited energy through transmutation of what you bring in.Well the understanding I have know on what we call magik is this all magik is a bioelectrical effect of our vessels the field we project all the time realy effect the world we know weather we are consiously aware of or not and all humans have theses gifts Im not special I was just thrown a hand at birth like all of you the only exeception too this is if you were born into a broken vessel then your not able too .On my path as i am now I am the tarot card the fool my number is zero my symbol is the 8 rayed star though id say im becoming more the juggler these days self evolution and learning never stops .
Thank you for you patients in hearing the tale of my path im 41 now and with a long life so I have had a weird long winded path that we walk
I look forward too reading more of yours
good eve

Hum.... I see.... Okay, the best I can take out from your post is that electron healing of yours. It's not so different from the visualisations I use for healing so.... Thanks anyways. But just to make it clear, we're dealing only with the etheric body in this thread. Anything that helps in empowering it. But speaking of your electron healing, do you take into account wether the energy you're sending is magnetic or electric?

New additions that will be developped through subsequent posts:

Qigong body cultivation techniques. (more detailed)
The Tibetan "Tumo", the art of metabolic heat.
Elaboration on Ninjutsu body cultivation.

Anybody with experience in any of these is welcome to give his/her insights into the matter.

Okay so I'm back for more info on the stuff that changes your body.

If there's one thing I've noticed from comparing Qigong and Kriya Yoga is that there are a whole bunch of energy pathways in the body and depending on your paradigm, you choose which ones you'll develop and which ones you'll leave out. Another theory is that the energy body is actually a uniform mass and that you're actually tracing these pathways with your practices. I'm not sure which I believe yet.

Anyways, another thing I wanted to mention is the polarity in sounds used during mantras. In the Hebrew tradition (Sepher Yetzirah) you have the polarity between the letters Shin (fire) and Mem (Water) (you get the sounds shhh and mmmm). In the Kriya Yoga tradition you have the polarity between So and Ham. I have to analyze other traditions, but I'm sure similar polarities will be revealed. If we were to compare the ones from the Sepher Yetzirah and the ones from Kriya Yoga, the similarities seem to be more than coincidental. In both cases we find the letters S for the positive principle and M for the negative principle. There must be some universal polarity in sound waves and a necessary aspect is to oscillate between both poles. Indeed in the Sepher Yetzirah, it is stated (not explicitly though) that you must oscillate between chokmah and binah consciousness (between Mem and Shin respectively). And I recently received orally that to awaken the third eye, one had to oscillate between two sounds, one male, one female. It all fits nicely doesn't it?

Another aspect that one needs to mention is the Tumo, the art of metabolic heat. It is performed through visualisations and (sometimes) contractions. Giving instructions would be a bit complicated here, so I refer you to the excellent book "Teachings of Tibetan Yoga". There is something similar in Qigong called "achieving through Spiritual Flame". There are instructions concerning that in the book "Qigong empowerment: A guide to medical, Taoist, Buddhist and Wushu energy cultivation."

Anyways, that's all for now. I might post links to the books later.

Edit: It has been brought to my attention that concerning Tumo, what is reffered to in "Teachings of Tibetan Yoga" and in "Qigong Empowerment" are actually the exact same practice. So... That's all.

I want to bump this thread and add a few practices for the etheric body.

* I know I already mentionned the Secret Smile, but it must be emphasized. Also, I would recommend doing the "full" version, as described in "Path notes of an american ninja master", and not just putting a smile on your face, as I had said before. This is a POWERFUL practice. Do not neglect it.

* Static postures: There are anumber of traditions that use static postures as a way of learning, and it has recently been brought to my attention that they're quite important. So I would recommend Yiquan and Tai chi postures, along with Shaolin Kung fu stances. It shouldn't be difficult to find postures online.

* Macrocosmic circulation: Moving energy through the whole body, starting from one point, and going methodically through every part of the body until you bring it to the front of the head, at the third eye location. I had really neglected this and started it recently, and the benefits are really being felt. Perhaps it's because if you only use microcosmic orbit, the energy in the lower part of the body starts to stagnate. Do not allow this to happen.

Well, that's all for now! If anyone has other practices that he/she feels could help empower the etheric body, please do mention it.

Ugh.... I was just going through this thread, and I must say, I can't say I didn't try to mix and match and build an "Ultimate system" of energy work. Although I can say today that it's a futile attempt, I did learn a few things in the process.

I'd like to contribute, but I'm not sure the extent that I'd be able to.. *clicks tongue thoughtfully* ..

Here is the basic energy map I've got for the human body.. additional notes added when applicable..

The chakra pillar is really useful, but I find that in between the solar plexus and heart chakra is an invisible pearl. I say invisible, because when I've 'seen' it.. it was the same 'color' as the color of the background and I find it to be more like an unblossomed bud, in its pearl state.. ..it blossoms when explored. I suspect a full activation of this pearl would make the heart the 'new foundation'. I also believe the crown chakra to be akin to this pearl, and so not really a classical chakra, but more akin to a connector. I do not know what is beyond it. As a note, the spine itself can act as one pillar, with/without chakras. In my experience, it is more useful to regard the spine as its own, aside from the chakra pillar... conversely.. the visual of merging the individual chakras into a vertical spectrum, one chakra, has the same effect.

(interesting spiral experiment; connect heart to solar plexus, solar plexus to throat, throat to sacral, sacral to third eye, third eye to base, base to crown...)

Spirals on the palms of the hand. The wrists Can act as their own, but tend to work with the hands. Energy centers in the elbows tend to be more "subtle", in that while they can be used to apply energy it is blunted. I find they're much more useful sort of as like.. minor alchemy lab? They are good spots to 'transform' a flow, but I find they do not work well to cleanse a flow. Same applies for knees.

Floating around the human form, I have found four spheres, the upper two rotate parallel to the ground when standing and they move clockwise. the lower two rotate parallel to the ground and move counter-clockwise. Each set has one black, and one white, with the upper set's white being above the lower set's black. Above the head, (in my instance anywhere between 10" to 18", it changes) and below the feet, (also 10" - 18"), are two "pinches", but I believe the distance is dependent on the individual. I do not know how else to describe them, but pulling them closer to the body causes the four spheres to rotate faster and generate much more energy. I have made myself very dizzy and almost pass out from this. I do not know what happens when they are pulled farther apart, that is beyond my skill at the moment.

I have found the big toe, the heel of the foot and the ankle all possess their own energy centers, so too do the knees and shoulders, but I do not know if the pelvic bone joint areas have their own or not.

I have found that energy circulates through the body similarly to blood through veins. It is possible to move to subtler systems but I have not worked this out to a technique yet, but it is akin to flashes of light. These are very easily mutated by blockages in the body. I find that when they intercept a blockage, the related body part will involuntarily twitch. I believe the strongest form of energy comes from/lives in the bones, but all I have managed to do with this is to draw energy from my skeleton structure or to implant .. not enchantments .. more akin to anchor? specifically "frequencies" of energy.

Interesting note which may or may not be relevant; I have found that when "super-charged", the chakras may be "expanded" to encompass the entire body..

Hum. Interesting post. Just a question: can you see these energy fields, or do you derive all of this from feeling alone (or whatever other non-visual cue you could mention)

Its a process, I suppose.. At first I feel like, like a tickling sense just out of reach, but then I train my focus on it and take a good, solid look. But, at first its primarily sensation, then visual. Sometimes I'll get a quick visual-flash of something, then have to feel my way around in the dark to find it again.. ..I feel confident about something when I can both feel it and see it simultaneously.

For energy work such as healing, I rely primarily on sensation, using 'sight' to give direction; i See what I want to happen and to find out the person or objects current state. For healing land, I use color-vision, without shape or distinction.. just gazing at the pattern until, in that connect, my heart finds happiness & the colors shift to their more natural state. For energy work such as construct-creation, it is a more visual thing. For energy work to increase the health or growth of a plant, it is equally sensation and visual.

As an aside, sometimes - very rarely and typically only during intense workings - do I hear it by volume and pitch. When my energy body is approaching.. hm.. maximum efficiency? It sounds much akin to a roaring river, composed of many voices all humming. By pitch, I can detect which aspect of myself is being drawn upon, and so I can discern my true intention in an action... (I am very keen and fully support the idea of self-monitoring with any energy work, as your true intention is what will shape most the outcome, so, even if you have the capacity to do something or to enact something, it may be more prudent not to... this is so, i find especially so, in healing.)
